It took us 2 months to buy a new car (who wants to shop in the freezing cold) and each time we arrived she was ready and prepared for us. She knew each car's features. We looked at several cars on the Clements lot and Beth suggested we look at the Subaru. Later when we shopped around and had selected a Subaru car she kept us aware of the process of securing the exact model that Mom wanted. (White car, black leather interior 2.5i ) The pickup process was simple and we were introduced to the Service department. Then Beth explained more about the car after the paperwork was signed. She "fast tracked" Mom so the advanced technology was understood. And she made herself available in the future if further questions came up. I hope to see Beth around town. Beth is a diamond. More

Steve impressed me. Steve was down to earth non-pressure salesman. There was never a time where he made us uncomfortable. Our sales lady, Beth, was awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. She was prompt on returning phone calls and getting us all the information that we needed when we came in to seal the deal.
