Also very important to us was our car buying experience. Everyone wants to walk away feeling as if they've gotten a good deal when buying a vehicle. Clements Clear Value pricing takes the guesswork out of buying a car. Armed with Consumer Reports (CR) best price quote, we were understandably pleased to see Clements Clear Value price beat the price from CR. Not having to haggle over prices and knowing we were getting a "best" price made this purchase worry-free. A great vehicle at a great price is reason enough to purchase a vehicle but working with our sales consultant/product specialist Robert Anthis was a pleasure. From his warm greeting to us pulling out of the dealership, Mr. Anthis made our buying experience the best we've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we did not feel rushed or hurried in any way. He introduced us to the sales manager, Todd Penz, and the service manager, Nick Vreeman. Both of which assured us they would be available to help us in anyway -- now and in the future. Beth is a Gem. Mom needed a new car. It had been 21 years of driving a minivan and it was time for a change. Beth Henkel was our "random salesperson" and we could no Mom needed a new car. It took us 2 months to buy a new car (who wants to shop in the freezing cold) and each time we arrived she was ready and prepared for us. She knew each car's features. We looked at several cars on the Clements lot and Beth suggested we look at the Subaru. Later when we shopped around and had selected a Subaru car she kept us aware of the process of securing the exact model that Mom wanted. (White car, black leather interior 2.5i ) The pickup process was simple and we were introduced to the Service department. Then Beth explained more about the car after the paperwork was signed. She "fast tracked" Mom so the advanced technology was understood. And she made herself available in the future if further questions came up. I hope to see Beth around town. Beth is a diamond. More
