After going to Rochester for about maybe 7 yrs now they have been wonderful to deal with. I always deal with Nick Vreeman, who is always there when I need something, whether to answer a text, email or setup an appointment. I know that he's there for me and makes sure my truck is running it's best. I never have to worry about anything knowing that he's my service guy. More

These folks were head and shoulders above any Subaru dealer I've ever talked to. They gave us the best price among the four dealers I consulted and they didn't haggle or pull any of the tricks that the other dealers used. We had a very relaxed experience--no stress. First time in nearly 40 years that I can say that. Robert Anthis knows his Subarus. He's the most knowledgeable sales person I've been around. That was great because I had lots of questions. And he answered every one without pushing me off to another person. This is our second Subaru and our first from Clements. I'm sure we'll be back. We were very happy with our car buying experience. Blake was responsive to what our requests were and accommodated our schedules to make sure we were given the time needed to see, test drive and close the sale on the schedule we needed. Being 45 minutes away from the dealer was initially a concern but given the treatment we received from Blake made us come away very comfortable with the decision. Ashley Westergaard was also extremely helpful as she kept us posted as to what was available and when so we didn't make an unnecessary trip. More

Doing a deal over the phon Last year I purchased a used 06 Acura MDX with low miles from Blake in Rochester, MN. He was very nice and accommodating. Doing a deal over the phone was a little disappointing as after I negotiated a seemingly fair price for the vehicle, on the same day that I was doing the negotiating, I saw that the dealership lowered the price to what I had negotiated online (coincidence). They would not budge further when I mentioned this. I had the car go through an inspection at the local Honda dealership (Tom Kadlec) and it seemingly passed through. As the car was sold with snow tires in the summer, they placed new tires on with me contributing a portion. The dealership did offer a nice touch in sending the vehicle from Rochester, MN to Minneapolis where I live. After I received the vehicle, I noticed a severe pull in the vehicle as well as the entertainment system (DVD) was not functional (car was advertised with rear entertainment system).. As I had a previous 05 Acura MDX, I took the vehicle in to Richfield Bloomington Acura. They shared with me the rotors were warped as well as the tires being damaged because of being driven with warped rotors. Was disappointed as these were new tires that were just placed on the vehicle. I shared these challenges with Blake and he said bring the car back to Rochester. They provide me with a loaner and when I returned a day or so later, I drove the vehicle again, only to see the car still pulling. We spoke with their service manager who seemed a bit put off. I had to drive back to Minneapolis again only to drive back to Rochester the following day or so. I shared this with Bake and he said he could not do much as the vehicle was sold as is and they would do the best to fix the tires (shaving them down vs. replacement) and rotor issue. They would not replace the damaged tires; however, they would shave them down and correct the rotors. When I mentioned the entertainment system "advertised" as working but actually not, Blake's reply was, "I spoke with the manager and they said they already have too much in the vehicle" and he could not do anything more. I eventually had to replace the stereo and DVD system as with Acura it is one unit. Although I do take responsibility that I did not notice the pre-check at the Honda dealership should have covered looking at the brakes and rotors, I feel selling cars with warped rotors and damaging tires "as is" is poor. I have a 3 year old child and how anyone could miss extreme pulling in one direction or another is beyond me. And nothing like having a keychain that says "You're number 1 with Blake Fitting." to go with it. More

When my husband and I decided it was time to buy a new truck, I was very hopeful Clements would come through with the best customer service and price to keep me coming back in the future. When I met Steve Ball, I just had this feeling that he was going to come through for us! We went to 3 "other" dealers to play the price game....and Clements came in very close to the others. We were hopeful to stay local, and Steve made that happen! Clements had the best customer service and was by far the cleanest dealership between the four. Meeting Jennifer in the finance area was a hoot, we made a connection right away, and she made the financing experience enjoyable, as enjoyable as that can be anyway, Clements..thank you for Steve Ball, Jennifer, the janitors that keep your dealership so pristine, and I cannot leave out Nick, Allie, Jesse and the mechanics on the Subaru side! More
