My friends who own new Subarus can't believe it when I tell them how something on their car works, because they didn't get any kind of orientation to theirs. We were sold on the Outback after the test drive and greatly appreciated Robert staying past closing time to teach us more and locate a vehicle for us. After that we put down a deposit and within two weeks our 2016 Subaru Outback had arrived. Robert was true to his word, the whole process was quick and easy. Brad took us through the process of trading in our older car which was simple and fair as well. Robert is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles. He was very patient and supportive in helping us to find the right vehicle and teaching us about the car. Rick took us through the financial paperwork quickly and explained everything. We had a couple more cars that had interested us, but the '14 Honda Accord coupe quickly rose to the top of the pack. We went back that evening and test drove it once more to make sure., put a $100 deposit down while we arranged for financing and went home with it the next day. Between Kevin and Rick , who worked right with our banker-I don't think I've ever had a better experience with purchasing a vehicle. Thank You. More
