We sent an email inquiry to Clements late one night and early the next morning Casse Ramirez contacted us. Initially they didn't have the exact model we were looking for but Casse said if we go find it would you be interested(?) and I said yes we would. Casse called back later that morning she went out and found the car for us and we were very happy to give her the business. They worked for us...when we came down from Minneapolis to pick the car up we interfaced with Jeremy Carlson who was tremendous, he respected our time and thoroughly explained the details of the new car to us. Also, in dealing with Rick Swartwood we came to understand this dealer and these people are in this business for the long haul. His honesty and transparency regarding the financing and warranties were really appreciated by us. We felt great about this transaction and we love our subaru. We'll buy our next car here as well, really enjoyable experience:) More

Terrible experience with Todd Penz, extremely inpatient etc I had awful experience with Todd Penz when I wanted to have a car from Clement, he was extremely inpatient, unfriendly. Subaru or Equinox that is the question? I first worked with Robert in checking out the Subaru. He was very informative on this car. I currently had a Subaru and really enjoyed driving my Forester. There were a couple of issues holding me back from getting another one. The may concern being comfort. When I went to check out the chevy side of things I worked with Mike Iyobhebhe. Mike was also very helpful in showing me the Equinox where my interest lay. Both these gentlemen were helpful and not pushy. My adult children will fit better in the Equinox when we are traveling together. More
Joining the Subaru family I was expecting to join the Honda family, but a cursory look over the segment I was looking in implied that the Subaru Forester was worth a glance. No I was expecting to join the Honda family, but a cursory look over the segment I was looking in implied that the Subaru Forester was worth a glance. Not really knowing what to expect when I arrived, Robert made us feel welcome. After a discussion over what we were looking for in a car, he covered the way the dealership works and gave us a few options. He didn't try to upsell and at the same point he did not ignore anything we said. He showed us the Subaru Forester in depth, talking over everything from the design of the car, the features of the car and answered all of my many questions. The test drive really opened up my eyes to what the Forester had to offer. Robert gave a constant flow of observations as he talked through the test drive, directing me to drive in a way to really show off the best features of the car and the things which differentiated it from the competition. He really went one step beyond (including offering to take us to a place to show the off road handling of the car). It's one thing for a salesperson to take someone for a test drive, it's another for a salesperson to have such complete confidence in their product they are willing to take it out of the normal demonstration drive just to prove to you how capable the product is. At the end of the day, we talked over some options with respect to financing and without haggling I was given a fair price. After that initial interaction, I had many (and I mean many) subsequent questions which Robert took time to answer. Some of my questions could only be demonstrated by a second test drive, which he was more than happy to do. Everyone at the dealership was warm and friendly and I am going to be one of the small army of Subaru converts as a result. More

My salesman was extremely thorough in explaining the features of the Subaru both before the sale in helping me make a decision and after in the delivery process. I had not previously given serious consideration to purchasing a Subaru, having driven Honda CRV's the past 11 years, but was convinced after driving the Forester and learning about it from the salesman.
