When I purchased my Subaru Impreza from Clements with Julio, it was his first solo car sales. It seems from then he has grown his experience significantly! He's well versed in the features of the vehicle, easy to talk to regarding concerns, and pretty good at following up on questions. Jesse was my finance guy to complete the transactions and explained the details of the loan thoroughly. Unlike most finance folks I've dealt with, he was not pushy about extended warranties or extra tack-on services that add significantly to the out-the-door price. Jesse, along with Julio, helped tremendously to resolve an issue with my plates even in the post-sale period. Not the fault of Clements, but you should probably avoid BMO Harris as your lender if they offer it to you. While the interest was lower than others, I would have paid more had I know their nickle and dime policies (fee for online payment, fee for phone payment, fee for in-branch payment, fee to open a checking account, etc). They where honest and open with everything they knew about the vehicles history. They went above the call of duty when I decided to pull the trigger. I didnt have a trade and I had drove down by myself. Julio arranged to have the Ford Ranger I drove down in driven back to my house allowing me to drive the Forester home. When I told friends and family about they were all flabbergasted and didnt believe it. There was a small hiccup with the vehicle after I drove off the lot. When I brought it back they took care of everything to make sure I was satisfied. Again, I feel they went above the standard to make me feel like I made the right choice. The last thing I can say is that of you are in the market for a new or used vehicle its worth every mile to go see the people at Clements Subaru. To all of the people involeved with my purchase and reaolving that hiccup I truly say thank you. More
