We did our research online to narrow our car preference to Subaru. We went to the dealership with a car and price in mind. We only had a few hours to spare when you went into Clements-Subaru, and lucky us, we were matched with Sarah Nguyen. No time was lost on establishing a comfortable business relationship. We were behind the wheel on a test drive in no time and delighted in the relaxed yet instructional tour Sarah provided us. Not only did she know her product, but she also excelled at people skills. We did not feel pressured but rather set free to experience the car for everything it had to offer. Her exchanges with both husband and wife (yup, very different folks) were seamless and honoring at all times. An acute sense of confidence and humor goes a long way! By the end of our ride, there was no doubt we would become a Subaru owner if we could get the exact car and price we were interested in. Sarah pulled together a car purchase proposal that was hard to walk away from and then used the dealership resources to find that car for us. We signed off on the car. All within 2 hours. Then, 2 days later, we closed on the transaction except it seemed more like we were catching up with an old friend rather than stressing over a sizable purchase. From our perspective, Sarah had all the time in the world to spend with us in closing out the paperwork, showing off the car features, answering some of the lamest questions with dignity and wrapping the car in a bow. Yup, a big red one. We really enjoyed our experience with Clements-Subaru because of one employee who was with us from start to finish without anyone else getting into the mix (i.e. none of the "I have to run this by my manager first" -- argh!). I truly believe we made a quality and cost effective purchase, but just as important, we've made a new friend and business associate. I would gladly work with Sarah again and again. And I feel very comfortable recommending her as YOUR tour guide for YOUR next vehicle purchase. And please know, after an entire career in business endeavors, I'm very picky so these words are not just idle comments and vain flattery ... Clements and Sarah are the real deal! More

Great Salesman! I never write reviews, but for Julio I will. I had been looking for a used car for a month and a half and then a friend suggested I check out a Subaru I never write reviews, but for Julio I will. I had been looking for a used car for a month and a half and then a friend suggested I check out a Subaru. I came late to Clements Subaru one night, and Julio greeted me with a huge smile and went through the differences between the 2 models in which I was interested. Julio let me test drive both cars even though it meant he had to stay late and got locked out of the dealership once we returned. While I am sure the sales people I dealt with at other dealerships could have found me a vehicle, I felt Julio was genuine, listened to what I needed, and wanted to find me the right vehicle. Julio made the difference in where I bought my vehicle, and he went above and beyond working with my crazy schedule to help me find my vehicle and purchase it. He was so friendly, honest, patient, and knowledgable. If he didn't know the answer to a question that I had, he was able to find one and return my call within minutes. He's a hard worker and he makes sure that his clients are comfortable and happy with their purchase. Jennifer handled the financing for my new car, and she was really great. She was so friendly and extremely knowledgable from her years of experience which made the financing and paperwork quick and painless! I really appreciated that I wasn't rushed or pushed into buying a car so that they could get money out of my pocket- I had that experience at another dealership in town and it was very frustrating and stressful.
