Fernado was able to find me a rear window and some how getting it here in only 2 days. Incredible job. Then Chad at chevy got the paint fixed after the glass scratched the paint. The car was spotless when i got it back. That is the reason we have bought two new subarus this year from Clements. And we plan to buy another in the near future. Fake $500 hold on car TOLD SALESMAN ON SATURDAY WOULD'NT HAVE MONEY TILL NEXT SATURDAY 'HE TOLD ME I COULD HOLD WITH $500 DOWN. GAVE HIM MONEY GOT NO RECEIPT. THEN SAID HO TOLD SALESMAN ON SATURDAY WOULD'NT HAVE MONEY TILL NEXT SATURDAY 'HE TOLD ME I COULD HOLD WITH $500 DOWN. GAVE HIM MONEY GOT NO RECEIPT. THEN SAID HOLD WAS ONLY GOOD FOR 3 DAYS. RETURNED RENTAL CAR SATURDAY AND CALLED SALESMAN--NO ANSWER--SENT EMAIL AND WAITED. HE CALLED AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED. 2018 Subaru Forester I was in the market for a new small SUV and ultimately settled on the 2018 Forester, a 2.5i Premium. The dealership told me they could get the color a I was in the market for a new small SUV and ultimately settled on the 2018 Forester, a 2.5i Premium. The dealership told me they could get the color and option package I wanted from another dealership. There were a couple of delays in getting the vehicle in and I ended up with my third color choice, so my dealership rating reflects some frustration with that. As for my sales associate, Julio Molina, I could not have been happier. He was available by cell phone on his day off when the dealership shared the delay and color change. He was thorough in giving me options up front and explaining the vehicle function to me at delivery. He even was willing to watch our new puppy so my wife could take a test drive with me. I recommend asking for him if you visit this dealership. More
