They walked me through multiple males and models to ensure I saw my options, and was able to make an educated decision. They helped set up all of my technology and were all very helpful in getting me on the road and getting the most out of my new vehicle. Dynamic and Prompt Went in on Saturday morning to look at a used car and Julio Molina came and took me to the car I was looking for. After I had a chance to inspect the Went in on Saturday morning to look at a used car and Julio Molina came and took me to the car I was looking for. After I had a chance to inspect the car he was able to get a fluid level corrected and took it for a test drive. After further inspecting the vehicle some more Julio was able to process the paper work and me get the deal I expected. As a used car buyer this purchase went at a pace I was comfortable with but fast enough that I had could get on with my Saturday afternoon activities. The gentleman from the service department was also willing to answer some questions I had, unfortunately I don't remember his name to credit him here, along with the other administration personnel who helped with purchasing details. I did have to go back in to get a new permit as the state has not sent out the new license plates and both Julio Molina and Jesse Hellerud helped get me a new permit. And Julio even came out in the pouring rain to get it stuck in the back window. I found this dealership really helpful overall and would definitely not have any hesitation to go back to purchase another vehicle. More

Nate kolstad was wonderful. He went at our pace, took the time to listen to what our needs were, he understood that safety, reliability and comfort were our top priorities. Nate was honest and caring and wanted to make sure our vehicle was the perfect fit for us. We were not rushed or pressured to make a decision. Honest, helpful, caring Nate was listening to what I wanted from the start, he was diligent, honest and was always very concerned about me as a mom of 4 children and that th Nate was listening to what I wanted from the start, he was diligent, honest and was always very concerned about me as a mom of 4 children and that this vehicle was impacting not just me but my kids as well. He found a great vehicle. We sat down and it was easy, simple, had a few extra things to do on my part, but he communicated the entire process through and I felt at ease. The internet salesman Mitch was very polite and gave me any info I needed, Rick in Finance was very helpful explaining extended warranties and was very quick and thorough in all of our paperwork making sure we knew exactly what was being signed and why. I got great service and we left feeling like we made a great choice and paid a fair market value for the F150 we chose. The dealer warranty and return policy is a nice piece of mind, I would highly recommend Clements Auto to my friends and family. More

The entire process from the test drive, vehicle appraisal and final sale was seem less. We never felt pressured. Nate was very flexible and worked with our busy schedule. I received a call from Nate prior to us finalizing the purchase. He was completing a final inspection of the vehicle and noticed a defect on one of the running boards. He let me know that he had already contacted the service department and a new running board was on order. I hadn't noticed the defect during the test drive or during my inspection. The attention to the detail was evident and appreciated during the entire process. We will definitely recommend Nate and Clements to our friends and family. More
