We live in the Twin Cities, but this seemed like such a good deal we came down to Rochester to take a look. It was priced well within the Kelly Blue Book value and less than most similar highlanders we found. We worked with Nate Kolstad who did a great job answering all our questions (sending additional photos to us before we came down to Rochester). He was very friendly and did an excellent job communicating with us. When we looked over the car, we discovered that both of the seat belts in the 3rd row had been cut! The folks at Clements were very surprised by this. They agreed to fix it at no additional cost to us. They even offered to drive the car up to the Twin Cities when the fix was complete! I just received the car today and we are very pleased. More
