I love my Camry. But, as of late, I have received poor customer service. I purchased 2 extended care plans from Master Tech and I feel like I have spent my hard- But, as of late, I have received poor customer service. I purchased 2 extended care plans from Master Tech and I feel like I have spent my hard-earned money on something not worth the paper it is written on. I have received no help from the service representative regarding an issue that I am having with the rims on my Camry. I do not think he has been any help in providing enough information to Master Tech regarding the issues. Plus, when I purchased the Camry, and was asked about buying the extended service plan, I was told “Oh, it’s the BEST .. they are a good company and they “FIX” any issues you would have, even cosmetic. Ha! The first issue and the service rep tells me they will not “replace” only repair. I do not believe he tried to help me at all. In FACT, when I brought him the paperwork, he said, “it will take him a little bit, because he did not know how to help or all the steps involved”. I asked him, you mean I am the first customer ever to present you with this extended plan?!?! Well, he said, no but still don’t know exactly how it works. I have not called Master Tech yet. I am just not looking forward to trying to convince them to do what the plan says they will do. Plus, again, I have received ANY HELP from the service representative. He seemed to take great delight in telling me Master Tech would only repair. What a rip off. And Robinson Toyota PROMOTES buying these plans. I should have had more faith in the Toyota product itself, and not been so foolish to fall for the pitch on this FANTASTIC service plan from Master Tech. More

The service department was extremely helpful in handling my claim for two tires damaged by a road hazard. We drove an hour to take our 2011 tacoma in for simple maintenance. A front and rear diff service with transfer case and to lube the drive shafts. Even though the RO stated to lube the front and rear dr maintenance. A front and rear diff service with transfer case and to lube the drive shafts. Even though the RO stated to lube the front and rear drive shafts the front shaft was not lubed ! Bummer. Its hard to find good help, thats this world. As far as the other maintenance they suggested, how can i trust them to actually do it ? More
