The service tech. Mark was unfriendly and was rud when i declined a $400.00 battery! He also tried to upsale other items that the price was inflated about 4 times. Carried my 4Runner in for an oil change and came out with it leaking water in The floor board. Which it had never done before this even with a trip to Florida where we drove back in a horrible storm and had it leaking water in The floor board. Carried it back and they said it was due to the wires from my KC lights coming thru the firewall. and wanted to charge me almost $400 to fix a problem that I did not have before they touched it!! I will never carry a vehicle back to them again. I don’t know what they did but this is absolutely ridiculous. This problem did not exist even before I bought it when inspected by the dealership!!! More

I had a long wait on a Saturday to get my car serviced. Couldn't get a rental on Saturday. I was told I had an hour and a half wait but it was more like two 2 +hours.
