Wow...what can I say about these guys...in one word, awesome! The day I went on the lot, I was there to only look at what kind of vehicles they had, and I left the owner of a "new" used Ford Focus. I have to admit this was the first car I purchased on my own and I was terrified! I needed to make sure the car I bought was one I can see myself with in the future, where I wanted my life to go. And as if right on que, Ron told me about how reliable the focus was and economically smart the purchase was. His acute knowledge of cars and friendly personality won me over. When writing this review, I also must mention how wonderful Jim was with "making it happen". Jim was determine to help me leave with a car and a price I was comfortable with. As for Eric, he kept me laughing and comfortable while I waited, which I thought was great of him considering I wasn't his customer. He was polite, informative, answered all my questions and told me anytime I am not sure of anything that I can't figure out to just come see him and he would help as soon as he could. I have never had a problem with this agency with sales or service. The showroom and bathroom are clean, tidy and attractive. I really enjoyed buying a car from Mickey he made this experience very calming and gave me the confidence I needed taking a brand new car on the road and nothing was too much trouble for him. I also want you to know that I gave my daughter from 2003 Escape because it is still a great SUV with low mileage. I am enjoying riding in this Escape and the new design is sleek. The electronics are new and I will learn as I go but I would not hesitate to go back and buy another car from Robin Ford. More
