We arrived late in the day less than an hour before closing. We had made an earlier appointment but were delayed and called to let them know we were coming later. The car was waiting for us under the lights sow we could see it. The salesman noticed our arrival and came out to greet us practically before we got out of our car. He immediately got in the car so we could take it for a test drive. He was friendly and not at all put off by how late we arrived. After the test drive, he showed us a significantly lower than the list price and patiently answered all our questions. He knew our payment needs and met them. He didn't try to walk us through a higher price. He and two other sales personnel and a service technician stayed way over an hour after closing to ensure all our needs were met. They never once stared at a clock or seemed impatient with us. The warranty salesperson actually recommended a lower priced option than the one we were looking to purchase because he said we didn't need the higher priced option. They made sure all our questions were answered and were professional, courteous and patient. We had been to other dealers while looking and Robin Ford was by far the best experience we had. We left there feeling like they really cared about our business even though we were only buying a used car. it is the MOST customer service friendly dealer we have ever dealt with. More
My expierence at Robin Ford was a great one when I was in the market for a new car . My salesman in particular , Ron , was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the sale of the car . He took away all the pressure usesally associated with purchasing a new car and made it a very pleasant one. He took his time and explain everything about the car and the purchasing of the car. He never pressure us in buying or making the sale. On a whole everyone that day where very helpfull in making sure we were comfortable with everything through out the process. My experience with Robin Ford was great from beginning to end. They explained things thoroughly (especially the financing) and before I drove off they explained what every button did in the car (Dave Adler). end. I had such a wonderful experience at Robin Ford thanks to Eric Kane. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and he made it very easy. When I first arrived to the dealership Eric greeted me with a warm smile. The confidence and knowledge he has in his field put me instantly at ease. I had so many questions for him, and each one he answered with patience and understanding. He even allowed me to take the car to my mechanic during the test drive so he could take a look at it. When I decided this car was for me, Eric made the process as easy as possible, and went out of his way to insure I got the best price that I could. The employee's at robin ford go above and beyond to insure customers satisfaction. I left there that day, with confidence in my first car purchase, a peace of mind, and a beautiful new car! I went to lease a new car after the lease on my Ford Focus was up. The salesman made the experience easy as one, two, three. He explained all of my options as far as lease vs. purchase. I feel I got a very good deal. On the day I was leasing my new Ford Fusion was a very busy day as they were running a sales event. At no time did I feel rushed to make a decision. On a side note. I had selected the car. The lot attendant was washing and fueling the car up. And was involved in an accident with the car.(fortunately it was minor and no one was hurt.) The salesman Ron quick found another Fusion on the lot for me. After all I didn't want the one with damage. He took the time to take me for another test drive. This car was actually a more optioned model. Then he did his best to get this car for me at the same price point. I would think it's safe to say they worked a little harder to make this a good day for me. More
We have been dealing with this dealership for 15 years and the sales and service departments have been great. Other dealers may say them give you the best deals and service but they fall short on deliveri and the sales and service departments have been great. Dealing with Mickey Sullivan and Jim Suydam made this leasing experience very pleasant and affordable. Mickey showed us several Edges that were reasonably priced and had the equipment we wanted. Jim made the financing happen and we were very happy with it. So we returned our 2010 Edge and got a new 2013 Edge that has a lot of bells and whistles, for my son. We know that the service department will take care of this Edge as they have done for all of our fords. Many thanks to Mickey Sullivan, Jim Suydam and all of Robin Fords employees. More

My husband and I were very happy with the service while purchasing our new car. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really go above and beyond to reach our goal payment. We were on a specific budget purchasing our new car. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really go above and beyond to reach our goal payment. We were on a specific budget and certain aspects that we were looking for in a new car ( 4 wheel drive, leather seats). It was nice to know that leather seats could be installed into our car to help meet our needs. Eric was very helpful and showed us a variety of cars before we made our decision. The best part is that he did not pressure us to buy anything which other dealers did in days before. Overall, we are very happy with our new car! Thanks so much! More

I was originally interested in buying a new Ford Taurus, as we were walking out to look at the new 2013 cars Ron mentioned that they had a used 2013 Taurus Ltd. that had just been prepped to be put out on a lot . The car was loaded with extras and there was quite a substantial savings over buying a new car. Ron was very patient and took the time to explain and set up all the new high-tech gadgets that came on this car. He also took me into the service department and introduced me to the service manager, everyone I talk to was very friendly and helpful with my transaction. We ended up buying the used 2013 Taurus Ltd. and you can't tell the difference between this car and a new one. Most of my friends can't believe it's a used car. I would definitely recommend Robin Ford dealership to my friends and relatives and I would definitely consider future purchases at Robin Ford. Bob More
