I gave this rating because it was a friendly atmosphere right when I walked in the door. All of the employees I encountered were great! Jim Suydam was able to find me the SUV that fit my needs and get me f right when I walked in the door. All of the employees I encountered were great! Our first encounter with this dealership was very impressive. Initially we came in with a promotion mailing and were greeted by Teezo, then Yasir, then Taylor who were assigned from New York for the impressive. Gradually we met with Sales Associates, Leo and Jim. What started out to be just looking and possibly a test drive, turned into a very successful sales/trade-in transaction. Everyone was very accommodating. At first we were given the options of either 1.9% for 72 months with rebates...or...0% financing for 60 months with no rebates. We chose the 1.9% option. But when the paperwork was conducted, there seemed to not have any 1.9% financing availability. We were a little discouraged as to why it was presented and then not available, but Jim shopped around and found a 2.59% for 72 months. We decided to accept the percentage and purchase our truck. Leo and Jim were very helpful in explaining the functions of the truck and the paperwork. We were also very happy to meet Harry the owner of Robin Ford. More

I stopped one day and talked to Jim, then two weeks later Mickey called to see if I wanted to get out of my old lease. Jim Suydam and Mickey Sullivan went out of there way to get me what I didn't want. Let me explan, I came in to lease a SUV, but I didn't wanted to pay as much as I was currently paying so after going back and forth Mickey comes up with the idea to switch me to a Fusion. But, i wanted all the bells and whistles to go with it. Now we where back to paying to much because of the extra's and the color wasn't what I was looking for. As i was getting a sales pitch by a sales director Mickey surprized me and went out and up the stakes. Jim and Mickey found my color with leather seats that heat-up. just what I wanted. Thank you Jim and Mickey for your hard work and determination. I know I was rough on ya! But you got me! See you next time. More

New car pricing has beaten the competition repeatedly. The financing set up each time was at better rates than I could obtain on my own. All delivered on time, as scheduled, in perfect shape. The vehicles needed little more than routine maintenance, but on those occasions needing special work, it was done well. The vehicles were returned to me clean, with evidence of having been protected while serviced. Ben Snyder is my connection to purchasing and servicing my Fords. My husband Robert and I went into Robin Ford today to see the 2014 selections available and met with Mickey and talked about the selection available. We proceded to look in the lot of 2014 cars and did come across one car that we were interested in and a possible second one if first was not ideal. We went back into the show room and sat down with Mickey and told him which cars we would like to have quotes on and he said he would get the information on them, right away. While waiting for the quotes I stopped in the service center and said hello to the service person who we aways deal with Sean Cantwell. I let him know that we were trading in our car for another one and he came out to see my husband and say hello and he was looking forward to seeing our new vehicle. Mean while, Mickey came to us with the quotes we had asked for very quickly. My husband and I asked questions about different things covered under both quotes, got the answers and were able to select which vehicle we wanted. Mickey was very helpful giving us all the information we needed to go ahead and select the vehicle and start all the paper work. We next went with the Finance Manger, Jim Suydam. He went over all the paper work with us and was able to answer any questions we had. We signed all the paper work, Jim gave us copies of everything and we were on our way in our new Ford Escape. We would like to thank everyone at Robin Ford for a pleasant experience as always. We would highly recommend Robin Ford to anyone in need of a "no pressure" experience at a car dealership. More
