I had the pleasure to work with Rich Small on my test Drive and vehicle inspection in a very cold, wet snowy day and he was nothing but pleasant and patient. The car was what I wanted and Rich and I made a deal that could not have been any easier. So for being my first experience with Robin Ford I can only give them top reviews.
