Sales people are great! Service department ruins it! Purchased my 2018 Camry in December. While washing it I noticed rims were discolored I brought it to attention on my second service visit. I was told when I cleaned them again to take a picture.My rims are black. I live 45 min from away. I done just that to get told it was road grim! When I told the manager what was said I got told there was a reason the service guy wasn't there anymore. So I pay for his mistake? Then not to mention the car is breaking on it's own with nothing infront of me and I was told unless it does it for them there is nothing that can be done because there is more then one sensor and if they replace wrong one and send it to Toyota and part is good they get billed for it. So I ask to speak to whoever is over service manager Stephon and got told there was nobody over him. There is always someone over you and I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake that one of there employees made. I also ask if I should use a additive to gas and what brand to be told he had no clue what I was talking about. Guess I can't expect any less when told to clean my rims and take a picture! I have had several new vehicles and have never been done like this at a service department. Was also told when I purchased vehicle if it was awhile for repair I would have a rental or be dropped off and picked up when car was ready. That wasn't true I was told they had to have car overnight. They had no clue how long mine would take a couple hours was minimum. So I ask for rental because I work and am not from Columbia to get told they didn't have a rental available! More
Warranty repair Had a warranty repair issued by Toyota on replacing padded dashboard on 4Runner. Got the car back drove the car home & speedometer was not working. Had to take it to Car repair shop. They said that the “experts” did not reconnect all the cables correctly. Went back to Roberts and demanded they fix the the problem or report to corporate. More

Never had so many expensive repair needs "discovered" during those services as here. If you're going to use them, come in determined only to purchase what you planned beforehand. Update: car began acting funny after previous visit. Troy, the service manager, took care of me and treated me like a VIP. I still wish I hadn't been talked into the other stuff last time, but I do appreciate his working to make it right. More

My Dad is elderly and took my sisters Camry in for an oil change and they kept finding more and more wrong with the car. They would talk for 30 minutes until they could badger him into agreeing to do one repair and before we could watch a football game they would call again to inform him they found another needed repair. My Dad is elderly and they treated him like a sucker. He believes in kindness and goodness in people and they took full advantage of his good opinion of people. He does not have the kind of income to deal with this level of theft and evil and they could care less. How much can we get out of this guy is all that mattered to them. These are horrible horrible despicable rotten no good demons. They ripped off my father but I hope this review warns people away from repeating my familys mistakes. More
Had a quote for work done on my Sequoia in their shop. They said they would look it up and call me back. When they quoted it, they stated $900 for a V-8 and $700 for a V-6. All Sequoia's in my year came with the same V8 engine. I asked them what the standard labor hours were for the repair, and they didnt even know. They didn't even bother to look it up. I call another Toyota Dealer and got the price of $479.99 out the door, parts, labor and tax included. Get a second opinion before you have work done here. More
