Comfortable and friendly Overall I give Roberts 4 stars when I came in to test drive cars they were friendly and courteous, I test drove a couple of cars I was in I was out I Overall I give Roberts 4 stars when I came in to test drive cars they were friendly and courteous, I test drove a couple of cars I was in I was out I decided on one particular car, i started corresponding over email with one team member that pretty much went smoothly I had a vehicle to use as a trade in was offered so much online with pictures of my vehicle when I came in to finalize the purchase of my new vehicle and was offered something completely different for my trade in from another team member I was a little disappointed, not at the team member himself he was just reiterating what his manager had said about my trade in vehicle and when all was said and done I didn't get nearly as much for my trade in as I was told over email. Would I recommend Roberts absolutely would I purchase another vehicle from Roberts most definitely the gentleman Erik was very friendly very thorough and went over and explained every paper I was signing I drove away in a beautiful Chevy Camaro. Thank you Erik and thank you Roberts Auto Sales So with moving forward I'm giving customer service 4 stars based on the trade-in amount that I didn't receive and when asked what part of my dealership experience could be improved upon, again I was disappointed that I was offered a certain amount over email for my trade in and in the end did not get that. I drove almost 2 hours from out of town to Robert Auto Sales and yes I would do it again :) More

Wish I would have known about them first and skipped the hassle of the other dealerships! I received an amazing deal on my 2016 GMC Terrain- significantly lower than anyone else! It’s in perfect condition with low mileage and I couldn’t be happier! The entire service from test driving to purchasing was smooth and quick! Erik was super informative and helpful and did a great job at keeping me in my comfort zone price wise. I highly recommend checking out their easy to use website and the dealership in person.
