This time Branden and the front desk crew were very efficient I bought a car at Roberts in 2013. That transaction took a little over 40 minutes. This time Branden and the front desk crew were very efficient and business like locating the three cars I actually test drove. Even though I had a pre approved financing from my bank, Erik worked his magic and found a better apr than had been allocated.
