Honest, friendly and professional customer service! When I arrived at the lot, I already had narrowed down my search to two of their cars, Lexus and Acura through their website. I had been checking their inventory for the previous month and knew exactly what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed. I test drove both cars and decided on the Lexus. The sales rep was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was able to get me a very low rate as she searched through many banks and credit unions. I never felt any pressure and closed the deal within one hour. I had gone to many Car dealerships and nothing compared to the service that I got at Roberts auto sale. Their inventory is excellent, and they are quick to give you all the details about each car, you can even access the Carfax documents through the website. The representative was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We told them what we wanted to try first and in less than 5 min it was ready for us to test drive. Took the cars for a spin without having anyone talk our ear off as to why we should buy it or why it’s better than the previous one we had driven. Throughout the whole experience we didn’t have anyone trying to sell us a more expensive vehicle. The whole financing and signing took less than 45 min! More
