I called Friday to ask if they would hold a car for me until Monday as I live far away and couldn’t get down there until then. The sales man told me that if I filled out the online application, they would hold it for me. I filled out the application and they ran my credit (hard inquiry which dropped my credit score). On Monday, I pulled in to purchase the vehicle and noticed an older couple test driving the vehicle. When I asked what was going on since I already filled out the application and was there to pick it up, they gave that couple first dibs on the vehicle. They looked at me with my two kids and decided to give the older, wealthy looking couple the decision. They literally sold the car right in front of me and my kids after I drove hours to get there and after I already filled out the application and had my credit ran! I will never do business with them again! More
