Not Trustworthy and They Overcharge I brought my Fiat here because they are the closest dealer and my usual mechanic referred me for a timing belt. They charged me more than twice the recommended hours of labor for that job. When I asked about it I got a story about how that labor time is a restriction around extended warranties and the work does not get done right. So hear that again. If your repairs are done under warranty, they may not be done right. This was Shane who said he is the service manager. I came back when my car started leaking oil badly. Overnight. They claimed that they saw an oil leak and told me and I refused the repair. That did not happen. I explained that none of this happened and they did not put this recommendation on my receipt. The tech LIED in his notes!! Shane told me that I would need to pay $600 for a new oil pump or he could just put silicone around the gasket on the vacuum pump and we could see if that works. Yes, that’s right, they offered to jury rig the repair, and they still want to charge me $150. I’ve accepted that partial repair so I can drive the car but I’ll be contacting the dealer ownership and the better business bureau. I’m a customer service manager myself and I know when I’m being jerked around. I think this should be fixed at no cost to me considering how much money they’ve gotten out of me already. I strongly recommend that if you need to use this service department that you bring a mechanic with you. They are not trustworthy at all. More
fix car I was very surprised at how I've been bringing my car over the last 5 years here to the dealership to do any fix on it. And recently the customer serv I was very surprised at how I've been bringing my car over the last 5 years here to the dealership to do any fix on it. And recently the customer service was awful the workers didn't do exactly what they was told about what was wrong with my car and they took further decisions to take out a different part of my car without consulting me. My car didn't turn on and it wasn't drivable when I went to pick it up. This is the worse thing to do to a customer!!! More
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. T Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware. My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after running for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it. More
