This is the only one I’ve ever written a review for! Josh Gregoire salesman & Marcus business Mgr made the experience easy. I drove from Long Island NY where Chrysler dealers treat you like “Next” it was worth the 2 hour drive to get what “I” wanted! I wasn’t sure if I wanted a New car or a certified pre owned with a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. They sold me what was best for me! I purchased a certified pre owned 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with the extended warranty. It’s my 7 th Chrysler.. the previous 6 came from 6 different dealers, why because they cared more about themselves than the customer, couldn’t make a repeat deal, sad. Roberts Chyrsler is a place I would go back to! You are treated Special and they Will meet your needs. I did all my pre work on the internet and through e mail with salesman Josh Arranged a test drive on a Friday on my way upstate New York, Loved the car and the deal, arranged to pick it up on my way home on Monday drove my trade in, in signed a few papers in less than an hour switched plates and drove off with our certified 2018 Pacifica. I even have then looking for a new or certified pre owned 300 AWD for me We have had the car for three days, Josh the salesman e mailed me “how’s the car, are you Happy?” I joked Love it , it’s my wife’s car, she won’t let me drive it, Ha! If you are serious about a Chrysler or Dodge don’t go anywhere else but Roberts Chrysler in Meriden. Stranded. We traveled from Texas to Connecticut on vacation and could not start our van after arriving. We made an appt to see him the next day. We called ahead and he said he would have the truck out front so we could see it. We did a test drive and he was very informative about the features of the vehicle. We were in a rush so he worked fast to complete the paperwork and get everything done within our time constraints. The vehicle was being made ready by the service department while we signed the paper work. It was apparent they made some effort to wash the truck from when we got there, as the pollen was removed, and the tires were shiny. However, it was equally apparent they did a rush job. The bed of the truck was really dirty, the wheel wells were still visibly dirty, and they did a rushed wipe down of the interior. So while we give Josh, and Marcus 5 stars, we give the service/ cleanup department a 3. More
