I have never been so frustrated with a service department! When we had challenges with our Ford work truck, we took it to Ford, thinking they know how to fix their own trucks. We are going into we department! When we had challenges with our Ford work truck, we took it to Ford, thinking they know how to fix their own trucks. We are going into week six of them 'working on it'. My company has lost over $20k by not being in the field. The two men that this truck employs have not been working, therefore not supporting their families. Yesterday, we went to pick up the truck because it was supposedly fixed. There were literally wires having from the gas tank and the fuel level was not reading, which was the original problem. Mike, the service punk, said we didn't tell him that was the problem, even though it's clearly stated on the work order. Jimmy, the manager, will not return our calls. They don't HAVE A CLUE!!! More

I didn’t have any problems with my appointment at the dealership when I brought my car in. The one thing that was outstanding was the shuttle driver, Fred,who picked me up and dropped me off at home and dealership when I brought my car in. The one thing that was outstanding was the shuttle driver, Fred,who picked me up and dropped me off at home and work when My car was in the first time for these problems. He was so courteous and cordial. He made it his number one priority to make his riders comfortable and safe. He made it a point to being a true gentleman by opening the doors when picking up and dropping off. His communication was just as courteous and proper. He made a real impression on me. As for my service appointment, it went well. The time it took to replace a simple component was pretty quick though I should have gotten a ride home so I could get some work done in the hour and a half it took start to do the repair. The real unfortunate part is knowing it will be an long unknown amount of time before the one part needed for the computer system that operates the display, audio, phone connection, GPS and mapping is supposedly built by the factory that has been closed down due to the virus. I do feel for those who work out of that factory and hope that they remain safe through this time. I am just hoping that my car doesn’t have any unforeseen problems to stop my car from operating due to this issue. If it does I’ll be trading it in quick. More

Not what I expected I had made an appointment for service. When I got there,I was told the appointment was only to see the service man not to take my car right away. He I had made an appointment for service. When I got there,I was told the appointment was only to see the service man not to take my car right away. He had to put my car in line for the service. Luckily it didn’t take long. I didn’t get my safety check sheet. I paid $150.00 for replacement key that had failed. I was changed $70.00 to have it keyed to the car. Which I feel should have been a customer service n/c . The key failed, was not a battery problem. Ford should have replaced it. Never asked if I wanted to get the car washed. Was it sanitized? Wasn’t told. Customerservice is failing. I trust this will be improved on. More
