Met with a smile, Lou was tied up with another customer so Paul came immediately to help us. Showed us the 2013 Escape and explained alot about it then gave us a price below what we had in mind. We were driving around the memorial day weekend just browsing around different dealers and came across Horne in Apache Junction. After just leaving Berge Ford with a sour taste in our mouths after alrea browsing around different dealers and came across Horne in Apache Junction. After just leaving Berge Ford with a sour taste in our mouths after already buying a car from them a year before, we met Justin Harris and after looking around the lot and test driving a car, Justin and his manager Did work with us unlike Berge and we ended up driving away with a very nice car! If Justin and Horne did not work with us we were ready to go, but He did everything in his power to make the deal work for everyone involved! We will now bring in our son to Justin and Horne Ford to see if they can work with him and his girlfriend to get them a nice car with the right numbers like they did for us! Went in to look at/test drive a specific vehicle we located on the internet. We were looking for a commuter car and decided on a Ford Fiesta because of the value and great ratings. Rick helped us out i located on the internet. We were looking for a commuter car and decided on a Ford Fiesta because of the value and great ratings. Rick helped us out in the beginning and let us know up front he had an appt coming in but would turn us over to Tony. The whole experience was non-stressful which is rare these days at dealerships. We didn't feel pressured at any time during the entire process. We felt we got a decent deal and they worked with us and met the price we wanted to walk out with. We ended up purchasing the 2012 Fiesta that we initially went in to check out. Thanks so much to Tony and Rick for the great service and non pressured sales approach. This was the second time I bought a vehicle from Robert Horn Ford and both times I drove away happy and saftisfied. Paul, Joe and Mike worked as a very effective team and had me in a new car with in 3 hour Horn Ford and both times I drove away happy and saftisfied. This is the second Ford Edge I have purchased here in the past 13 months. My experience has been great on both occasions. STAY AWAY --- Please find another dealership, do not shop here. I cannot begin to describe the horrendous experience I have had with this shop. While I think Tony is a nice guy, there have been inconsistencies throughout my experience with this dealership with regards to price, service, and overall expectations. Gilbert, had the nerve, to call me a "jerk", "pathetic" and "ungrateful" before hanging up on me. The Finance Manager, Mike I believe called me "paranoid" - I regret not cancelling the sale and walking out right then and there. Apparently I was supposed to be appreciative for them taking 4 days to take care of warranty work that was suppose to take one day. I will be pursuing all possible channels to report their tactics and treatment of me. And, if you are a woman, please take your business somewhere else. I was treated so poorly here it is beyond words. They are out for the sale, desperate for the sale, and do not care about customer experience or service at all. The GM from Hyundai, Steve is a joke. As the GM you have a responsibility to make things right, and he didn't even keep his word to take care of a detail on my new Edge when I returned for warranty work. They created confusion around vehicle and pricing, and I ended up with a vehicle without ambient lighting and 10-way seat adjustment despite being told that the package 205A was the same in 2012 as the 2013. I hate red but ended up with a a Red Edge. I was pushed and desperate, but never again. I cannot even enjoy my new Edge because the experience was so poor. More
We stop just to see the new Edge. the sales manager said he wanted to give us the value of our 2003 ford F250.He said he needed our keys .We had asked for our keys backed three times and we said we didn't w he wanted to give us the value of our 2003 ford F250.He said he needed our keys .We had asked for our keys backed three times and we said we didn't want to buy .We where rail roaded into buying .We where at the dealership for four hours.We end up with a ford explorer that we didn't even pick out.It is one of the cheapest explorers.It doen't have any thing we whated and NOT THE COLOR. WE are very unhappy the way we where treat and pressured into leaving with something we didn't want.I had called and talked to the Ford Company they said that they could not do nothing to help us ford. I guess they don't don't care about what people want just a sale. More
