My second car from Robert Horne Ford I was in the market to purchase a new truck, a 4x2 with a large cab, and was originally interested in a Dodge Ram 1500, but could not work out a good I was in the market to purchase a new truck, a 4x2 with a large cab, and was originally interested in a Dodge Ram 1500, but could not work out a good deal from another dealership that I had purchased multiple cars from. My wife and I came to Robert Horne Ford because we had purchased 1 new car from them a couple of years before, and were treated like we purchased a dozen cars from them. Our salesperson, Joe Coombs went through a few vehicles with us and when we found the truck we really liked, a brand new 2014 Ford F150 XLT, Joe stayed late, as did the finance person Joe Montoya, and both bent over backwards to get us the best deal possible! We couldn't have had a better experience, it was above our expectations. We came away from feeling very good about our deal and have really enjoyed the new truck. More

Great Service, Awful Salesmanship! I had a 2013 Ford Expedition Limited, I mean that SUV was LOADED!! You name it, it had it, I believe only the King Ranch Version with some badging an I had a 2013 Ford Expedition Limited, I mean that SUV was LOADED!! You name it, it had it, I believe only the King Ranch Version with some badging and perhaps some wood grain interior has/had more bells and whistles than mine did. I took it in for service, and the service people there are VERY good, they treat you right, they are courteous and very friendly. Roy, and Tyler will treat you right, and their gentleman that runs the Customer Shuttle Service, Fred, is a Top Notch guy!!! While I was there I spoke with a sales person about trading in my 2013 Ford Expedition Limited for either a 2013 Ford F-250 or a 2014 F-250, I was not necessarily looking for a brand new one, but still wanted a good newer truck to fit my needs. The sales person was pretty good, we found a 2014 F-250, took it for a drive, I really liked it! Their Sales Manager (I believe) basically insulted me on the my trade in value, and told me that was the best he could do, he started talking about KBB Pricing even when I told him I had the NADA Pricing printed off. When I pulled out the KBB Pricing and told him he was WAY Under valuing my truck based on that as well, then he started talking about Auction Pricing, and what my truck could sell for. When I told him that he had a 2012 Ford Expedition XLT, not as loaded as my truck on HIS lot for sale, and he was asking $4500 MORE for it, than he was offering me for my truck, he didn't have a lot to say. He pretty much said that was his best offer and that's all he could do, I told him "No Thanks" and Bye! Their inter-communication is awful, the Sales Manager apparently didn't tell the salesperson what had happened, because for the next 2 days I received 2 different phone calls asking about coming back in and getting the truck. These guys look to try and get you coming and going; I realize they need to sell my truck, they are in the business of making a profit, I get it, I understand that. I refuse to let them make a BIG profit on me with my trade, then make a big profit on selling me a new/used truck, and then turn my truck around and make another big profit when they sell it, not happening. If you need service, by all means take it to them, but if you need a new truck or car, I recommend going somewhere else!! More
