I was in contact with les through text message prior to me visiting the dealership. He was informative and professional entire time. I dealt with a few other dealerships prior to visiting this one and my experience was absolutely horrible. When I got there les greeted me and let me take the mustang for a test drive and didn't ask many questions which I liked. He was very informative and professional again and I didn't have many questions after I how I was dealt with. The negotiation process was great and I bought the car a few hours later. Low pressure and in and out fast. We just wanted "to look". We were in the market for a car but not sure what. When we arrived we met "Boston" Joe. We were prepared to face the vicious salesman and his high pressure. We were suprised to find a very quiet and patient man. He at no time pressured us. He listened to what we wanted as far as payments, and he exceeded them. I have dealt with a lot of salesmen and by far he was the best I have dealt with. At no time did I feel like I "Needed" to sign for something I did not want. I can't thank Joe enough for the great experience that I had.
