I just did not have a choice but to get another car to ensure that there was transportation for my family. Hard decision I know but sometimes taking a chance and risk is all that you can do. I have to say that Billy and Mark Faridian were very supportive and helped me to make the right decision. They did go above and beyond and were willing to work with me understanding my situation. I know that they are far from reach for most people but I was going home and I stopped because I felt moved during prayer on the situation. Mark was very special. I felt comfortable in speaking with him and he assisted in moving me through the process quickly so that I could go home and digest my decision. He also helped in the delivery with the vehicle meeting my family. He is a very kind sole. Billy is a great manager and took the time to hear my situation and make things work for me. We almost cried together. He really understands family. No they didn't give me a car for free but it was a realistic deal for my situation. I do appreciate the management team and their willingness to make this situation as painless as possible. I am thinking that I will go back and buy another vehicle in the near future. You're a blessing and continue to pray for me this was a very difficult decision. Thank you so much! More

The same day he purchased his 2016 Ford Mus I was in the market for a vehicle for several months when my buddy purchased a car from Robert Horne Ford. The same day he purchased his 2016 Ford Mustang he told me about the GREAT service and no BS that Mark Faridian offered. I went down to Robert Horne Ford and met with Mark. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I had my 9 year old daughter with me at the time and Mark made the experience even better. His kindness not only to me but my family stood out. After I had picked out a car I told Mark that I needed to get my wife down to see the vehicle. It was after hours when Mark and the Sales department stayed an extra hour to show my family the vehicle. We made a deal and now own a beautiful vehicle. There was no BS and I didn't feel pressured to purchase a car. I had worked with many other dealerships that had pushed me away. I met everyone in the office including the GM. Service department does not want to service recall item. Was told they would not fix my car. if i wanted known issue (clutch slipping) on car fixed i would have to go to Flagstaff. I took my car to a different dealership here in the valley they said oh yea we will need the car for a couple days to fix it no problem. I will never go to any Horne dealerships and will let all my friends know to stay away from them also. More
Finance Nightmare from the Rock Drummer I got out of my car and the sales guy said "weren't you just here?" Lame "cardog" line! Never shown a car just a computer screen and said pick one. Then stove piped into the app and then "lets go pick out a car." Stuffed in the F&I office with "Brian" Rock drummer and he held me hostage for an hour and did not tell me about the stove pipe he gave me since I was rebuilding my credit after a divorce. Car was empty with gas and I will admit I was out of there fast. would have been faster but Rock God had me in his office for an hour. So a week later after exchanges from a rude person Brian.....he tells me they could not verify my pay and my number to my work was incorrect. instead of fixing the issue he excepted it and kinked the deal. Then told me he was going to get another lender. I however do have all the right info and did have an issue because I own a dispensary and am unable to bank. So I told them so I was a special case. Get me done with stated income. It might sound like I know finance. I do and I take full responsibility for the info incorrect on the app. The stove pipe caught me by surprise. The fact that you did not try to contact me and then just was an jerk to everyone and then when I call the dealership shows its real colors. I am returning the car and will go to another dealer. These guys are the worst. Treating people like cattle and then like jerks is not going to fly. We have choices even a roach!! So the "lay down get me done" will take his biz elsewhere. More

Bad Service I had made an appointment at 10 AM to get my car services on Monday July 28th for an oil change, front brakes and install a new AC Compressor. The Ser I had made an appointment at 10 AM to get my car services on Monday July 28th for an oil change, front brakes and install a new AC Compressor. The Service Advisor told me that they needed to get the part in for the AC and would have it in on Wednesday, but would be able to completer the oil change and front brakes. They completed the work and I was able to get out by 2 PM 4 hours later. I have always tried to have my car serviced at the nearest Ford dealers, even when the nearest dealer is 22 miles from my house and I’m unable to get a ride home while they work on the car. I tried to make an appointment for Thursday but was told that they were booked, but if I could bring the car in on Friday at 10 AM they could get right on it and would only take about 2 to 3 hours. I was unhappy that I spent 4 hours there and still no AC, but understood that they needed to get the part. When I brought the car in at 9:30 AM on Friday I explained to the Service Advisor that I had an doctor’s appointment at 2:30 PM that day and wanted to make sure that the car would be finished by then, he assured me that no problem it was only a 2 hour job and they could get it done in plenty of time. Around 1:30 that same day I was contacted by Service Advisor saying that they haven’t even stated on the on the car wanted to know if I wanted them to start the job knowing I had a doctor’s appointment, you can understand I was mad its 110 degrees outside and it has already been 4 days in that heat with no AC, I told him yes I want him to get the work done, I called my doctor and canceled my appointment and asked to talk to the service manager I told him that I have been waiting there for 4 hours and they haven’t even started the job, what was going on? He said he would check on it and get back to me. when he got back to me he tried to tell me some excuses that he only wanted his best man to work on my car and he was tied up most of the day and when I told him that there is no excuses for bad service he said if that’s the way I felt about it then fine and walked off. I didn’t get my car out until after 4 PM 7 and one half hours later for a two hour job. Every time I take my car in it just keeps taking longer and longer to get the job done. I will not be taking my car into Robert Horn Ford for service any more as a Ford owner and customer for over 40 years I don’t think that any one should be treated like that!! More

Great Service Dale helped me pick out an off road vehicle, his expertise made the decision easy. It took some time for the right jeep to come onto the lot but once Dale helped me pick out an off road vehicle, his expertise made the decision easy. It took some time for the right jeep to come onto the lot but once it did he made the car buying experience so effortless and smooth. Overall a very nice man and dealership.
