bad seat I took my vehicle in for a tear in the seam of the seat with 2x,xxx mi. Should be under warranty right? They looked at it said it was under warranty b I took my vehicle in for a tear in the seam of the seat with 2x,xxx mi. Should be under warranty right? They looked at it said it was under warranty but the part had to be ordered. The new seat cover came in and i brought the vehicle in for repair. Well once they got it apart it wasn't under warranty any more and it needed a cushion too, which they happened to have in stock (how amazing). My warranty item turned into over a $600 bill. Bad scam. More

Bad Experience I was dealing with Louie Belitsos on the purchase of a new truck; we had been in communication for several days over email re. this vehicle. He asked I was dealing with Louie Belitsos on the purchase of a new truck; we had been in communication for several days over email re. this vehicle. He asked if he got me the truck at a specified price if I would drive to his dealership today. I agreed to and drove there, but once I got there he just blew me off and told me that he could not do the deal. He then said that he had tried to email me stating that fact, but said his email didn't go through. Typical dog ate my home work excuse. I would have appreciated him being upfront and simply stating that they were not going to make that deal rather than having me to drive to the dealership to just be told that. I am happy for those who had an "awesome experience", but mine was far from that. More

Oil Change I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Thursday. As usual I was treated with respect and did not have to wait long for the work I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Thursday. As usual I was treated with respect and did not have to wait long for the work to be done. We went out of town the next day and the Tire Pressure Sensor Fault warning kept coming on. I took the truck back in the next week and they found the problem right away and took care of it. Harlan was very pleasant to work with and really cared about taking care of the problem. More
