They made buying a used car easy. I'm from Canada, so I was a little concerned about buying a car in the states. Just how different would it be? Well right of the bat, Kelton Bachtell, I'm from Canada, so I was a little concerned about buying a car in the states. Just how different would it be? Well right of the bat, Kelton Bachtell, was excellent; making me feel at ease and answering every question I had. He also was easy to negotiate a price with, and we soon came to a fair deal for both of us. Then we went to the finance department where Louie Belitsos explained every paper we had to sign and made me feel very confident with the purchase of our new used car. I would recommend this dealer to all fellow Canadians and anybody else buying a car. A first class dealer!!!! More

Ive bought 5 cars from this dealer, but on my last purchase on my last 4th and 5th purchase from you I was greatly mistreated.. On my 4th purchase of a ford Edge 2013 I was told it had GPS, etc. When I question on my last 4th and 5th purchase from you I was greatly mistreated.. On my 4th purchase of a ford Edge 2013 I was told it had GPS, etc. When I questioned the small screen I was told that was how the new models were. I bought the car and when I got home I tried to set up my phone, etc. and couldn't. so I brought it back to the dealership and was told this car didn't have those features. so I said, well I NEED those features on my car. the car had 6 miles on it. They made me trade the car in instead of turning it back in for the right one. I lost thousands of dollars on the deal. I would never buy another car from you and I would not suggest your dealership to anyone for that reason. I do get my car serviced there because Ive been very happy with the service dept. More

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS DEALER STAYS OPEN ALTHOUGH I LIVE 2 MILES AWAY I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND IT NECESSARY TO DRIVE 25 MILES FURTHER TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS DEALER STAYS OPEN ALTHOUGH I LIVE 2 MILES AWAY I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND IT NECESSARY TO DRIVE 25 MILES FURTHER TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER. I WAS LOOKING FOR THE NEW RANGER THEY CALLED ME TWICE THAT THEY HAD ONE ON THE LOT I IMMEDIATELY DROVE THERE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SOLD AND I COULD NOT DRIVE IT. ABOUT A WEEK LATER WAS TOLD THEY HAD ANOTHER ONE I WENT RIGHT OVER AND WAS INFORMED IT WAS ALSO SOLD AND I COULD NOT DRIVE IT. I SAT DOWN WITH A SALES PERSON TO SEE IF I COULD ORDER ONE THAT I HAD BUILT AND PRICED ON FORDS WEBSITE. THEY APPRAISED MY VEHICLE AND THEN TOLD ME THAT THE FORD Z PLAN COULD NOT BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A RANGER AND THAT MY MILITARY CASH BACK OFFER FROM FORD COULD NOT BE USED EITHER. I LATER DROVE THE 25 MILES TO ANOTHER DEALER AND ORDERED A NEW RANGER FOR 37.000, WAS ABLE TO USE MY Z PLAN DISCOUNT AND MY MILITARY DISCOUNT PLUS THEY GAVE ME 2.000 DOLLARS MORE ON MY TRADE IN. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE 25 MILES CAN MAKE. More

Which the ford dealer I bought my car from never did the previous 30 mile services. More
Want a lecture go to Horne ford I Can not believe a Dealership that would allow a Salesperson to be arrogant and insulting then Defend him and give a 20 -25 minute lecture to the I Can not believe a Dealership that would allow a Salesperson to be arrogant and insulting then Defend him and give a 20 -25 minute lecture to the customers on how a dealerships works and how long he had been in the business,and how Horne asked him to come work for them. In addition how KBB is not the base for data buying and selling vehicles. I would not have stayed and listen to his lecture and belittling my wife and I if it wasn't for my grandson wanting a certain truck. I will never step foot on a Horne lot again (note I have bought several vehicles from the Horne Show low Chevrolet in the past). I am not going to get into the details, conversations, or words that were exchanged I am only going to express that anyone I know looking for a vehicle to avoid the Horne family of dealerships. In closing My wife and I both are educated and hold various college degrees, and for us to be lectured on how a car dealership has the right to make money and we as consumers seem to forget. That truly shows how arrogant a dealership can be. Let us briefly highlight why consumers believe this way 1. Doc fee of 499.00 when they hire an outside Third party to do the MVD paperwork 50.00 2. Gap insurance. in directly letting you know they have ripped you of in the first place. 3. Let us not forget the Auto butler (car wash service). 4. Warranty protection 100,000 mile or so many years First years on a new car are already warranted by the manufacture for the first 36,000 which leaves 64,000 warrant for the price of 100,000. 5. Let us not forget the fact of how much they get for financing that car from banks ,Credit union, etc... The higher the rate they give you the more they get. 6. alarms and such at a huge mark up. Finally fell sorry for the dealerships because they themselves over a course of time have caused there own demise. More
