The service tech was not very friendly and he seemed confu The appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday morning and we dropped it off the night before. The service tech was not very friendly and he seemed confused. When he realized that he had agreed with my husband to drop it off the night before he said well it's not going to be ready until 4 or 5 tomorrow afternoon. I told him that was fine. It ended up being ready mid morning. I let them know I would be there around 3:30. When I picked it up the guy I dealt with, Roy, was on the phone and another customer was ahead of me. When he got off the phone he dealt with the customer ahead of me and never acknowledged me when he walked away. Not even I'll be right with you. The other service guy next to him was surprised and he helped me, however didn't explain what was done. Even if it was for a recall we should get some kind of explanation. Not his fault because he didn't deal with me to begin with. More
