When you walk into the service department you are always greeted by the polite and friendly personal. They are receptive to your needs and no appointment is necessary for no major work usually other than yo greeted by the polite and friendly personal. The showroom and waiting area always is neat and clean with complimentary coffee or soft drinks you can buy. There is also complimentary popcorn along with comfortable seating with a big screen television usually tuned to local happenings. If you have a little wait it's not a bad place to be and the service writers always come and explain what was done to your vehicle and give you your keys. More

They've lessons to learn My new Ranger is in for a warranty item Ford can't seem to solve. Service reps don't seem to keep me informed of their progress (or lack of it). Last My new Ranger is in for a warranty item Ford can't seem to solve. Service reps don't seem to keep me informed of their progress (or lack of it). Last time I picked the truck up they'd claimed to have solved the problem. It occurred again in less than three miles after I drove it away. I called the service rep, Scott and informed him the problem returned. He said the tech guy was pretty confidant the problem was solved after he took it on a test drive. I asked, how come the odometer read the same miles as when I turned the truck in three days previous. Silence on the other end. Further, Scott would not give me a copy of the work order, saying they'd keep the order open until they knew for sure the issue was resolved. More

Horne Ford has done a pretty good job caring for my F150 Diesel. The recent problem is that it had an exhaust leak in the cab and elsewhere. The outside of the rear of the truck has exhaust stains on the ta Diesel. The recent problem is that it had an exhaust leak in the cab and elsewhere. The outside of the rear of the truck has exhaust stains on the tailgate especially. It does not want to come off. I have had diesels since 1993 and have never had this problem. I am sure it is due to the exhaust leak that has now been fixed. My problem is that I feel they should have removed those stains from the back of the truck. More

Frustrated waiting 3 1/2 days with no progress on my vehicle Turned my vehicle in with starting problem that I suggested was the neutral safety switch and a noise that sounded like a bad wheel bearing. I called for progress report several times with no satisfaction. The morning of the 4th day I was asked if I could come in for a check ride with the mechanic. Within a block going South on Tomahawk the mechanic heard and recognized the sound (front hub bearing). By this time I was so frustrated I told Scott Allan to just give me a bill for whatever work had been done, he said OK. I was livid when I went to the cashier because I had lost over $800 because I was not able to pull my tool trailer to do my work. The cashier called the service manager, Jimmy Powell, and he had the situation taken care of to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes. He saved a customer for Horne Ford in a very professional manner. More
