Good afternoon, everyone. Just wanted to say a few things about the staff at Denoyer. We purchased a vehicle from them and drove it for 2 weeks when we got engine trouble. They replaced the motor and fixed everything for us. Everyone there was a true blessing to us . We were not in a position for the expense of this project. Thank you so much, guys. I stopped in to get a rear wiper blade and arm. The parts man tried to change it foe no charge but I had to return and have mechanic replace it. They wanted to charge me $150 to replace wiper and perform all man tried to change it foe no charge but I had to return and have mechanic replace it. They wanted to charge me $150 to replace wiper and perform all kinds of services I did not ask for. When i told them I only wanted blade changed the charge dropped to $30. They cant get together on what to charge. I stopped at a local garage and got it changed. The service dept gas gotten worse over the years More
We made an appt and arrived 20 minutes early. Car was pulled up waiting for the test drive. It was washed and running ready to go! People were friendly, helpful and great to work with!! This is the worst place to take your car. The buying process is easy. But service wise they do not know customer service if it hit him in the face. I was purchasing a vehicle in March and purchased it t process is easy. But service wise they do not know customer service if it hit him in the face. I was purchasing a vehicle in March and purchased it the day it got to the lot. Took it the next day or two days after to be inspected. Trust them to do the inspection thoroughly. I got the car back thinking everything will be fine just like they said it was. Little did I know that this was the beginning of a xxxx. Express my concerns that when I receive the car again there was another issue that occurred. Thinking that winter weather is still around maybe this was the issue. Well warmer weather got here and the problems just kept getting worse. I take it into them and they want me to pay for the issues that arose after they had inspected it. This is the worst car dealership experience I have ever had, And I will never be coming back here again to purchase or to service. So if this was a review your reading to see if this is the right dealership for you my recommendation is to look somewhere else. More
