Oil change and tire rotation was good. When i left dealership msg on dash said driv.Atten. warning system off. Asked service Guy what it meant and they didn't know. Have a msg that comes up on dash off and on saying Battery discharging due to external issues. Have been trying to get it checked for 6 weeks and am told they would have to keep it a day or two. I have no other transportation and asked for a loaner car since I still have a full warranty and they refused saying they are for owners getting new motors. Have done business with them 20 years and always had good luck when it was Bill George Kia. This is the last Kia from Brogden Kia. More
Got an oil change, wire harness recall, window motor replacement, and oil leak issue done here back in January (about $1300 worth of work). I was in the waiting room for almost 6 HOURS. I went to rent a trailer at the beginning of spring to do some yard work and found out that two of the plugs on the wire harness did not work (about 3 weeks after getting the recall done). THEN I noticed ANOTHER oil leak in my garage but had to wait to save money...thinking it was a bigger issue. I ended up taking it to ANDERSON AUTOMOTIVE to get it checked. I dropped my car off and was in and out in one day, and they were so nice! Turns out that Brogden Kia didn't tighten my oil filter or drain plug back on. I guess I was lucky the drain plug didn't fall out and that I burnt up my motor going down the highway. But lucky for me the manager was willing to give me an oil change and not reimburse me for the $80 that I had to pay Anderson to do Kia's job right. No thanks! I'd rather not go back to the shop that messed up my car. More
I’ve been waiting for my car for 5 days. No loaner car. I even gave them the code that came up on the computer when the vehicle stopped on my 2022 Kia Sorento! I have no vehicle even though they know I have a service contract but state they take a whole week just to diagnose a vehicle, even though I purchased this vehicle from them brand new with 14 miles on it. It now has 26,000 miles, and it stopped on me at a red light and cut off. I purchased an additional $4000 high tech maintenance service contract and I still don’t have a loaner vehicle until they diagnose it. They have horrible service. They just called me and thought I put an aftermarket remote start on a prestige line vehicle when it came with the Kia connect inc app with the remote start and all the bells and whistles with it! Now I’m afraid the technicians aren’t certified here! Do not buy, as they do not value their previous customers. More

We looked at a brand new 24 sorento and of course loved it. The two salesmen made it sound like a done deal, even offered to let me take it that day. Mind you, the only paperwork that was done was a simple payment layout with different deposits and monthly payments. I signed it that day and was completely under the impression that we would be good to go come Monday. I went back today, Monday, and it was a complete disaster. Somehow the price went from 31k to 42k. None of the salespeople acted like they had ever done this before. The man that typed up whatever financials was so condescending and rude, he copy and pasted my signature from the paper on Saturday onto a brand new one stating that I had agreed. He said to me ‘you and your girlfriend sat right there and agreed to this’ I came there with my fiancé and my child. He said I was remembering wrong and I was embarrassed that I had agreed to something I couldn’t afford. He wouldn’t even look at me in my eyes when I told him I knew the document was not the same one. I have been to several dealerships in my life and I have never felt so humiliated and embarrassed. Despite foraging a document, that man was unprofessional and if I worked with him, I would be ashamed. Its one thing to make empty promises to a family but it’s entirely another to flat out lie and poorly cover up your lies. Robert Brogden, you clearly need to teach your employees better gaslighting techniques because that was utter nonsense. I have contacted the DAs office to report this man and the dealer. Please avoid going here and if you do—-take pictures of everything you’re handed! ^^^^i was contacted last night by a finance manger by the name of Eddie. He expressed apologies and asked what they could do to fix my experience. We talked for a few minutes and I was still a little wary of coming in today. However, I am SO glad we did. Today was a brand new, refreshing experience and I have nothing but the best to say about Eddie and the gentleman that we spoke to today. My concerns were heard clearly, I felt totally at ease the whole time, Eddie did everything he could to get me the best possible deal. BUT! He didn’t stop there, after we left, he got even more knocked off my overall price and therefore, giving me an amazing monthly payment. Eddie, you are amazing at what you do and i appreciate you to the ends of the world! I am SO happy with my purchase and SO glad Eddie righted all of the wrongs. More
Terrible service rude dealers, brand new car already broke down can’t drive it, won’t give a loaner, they cat fix it for a month terrible service. Paid over 8000 for extended service and warranties. I appreciate the patience that Tracy had with me when I was looking to trade in my 2019 Kia Soul. I wasn't sure if I was ready to make the commitment at this time to purchase a new vehicle, but Tracy took was looking to trade in my 2019 Kia Soul. I wasn't sure if I was ready to make the commitment at this time to purchase a new vehicle, but Tracy took the time to listen to what I was in search of. I can't say enough about Tracy and her commitment to customer service, excellent communication along with being knowledgeable of what I was looking for in purchasing a new Kia. I will stay in touch with Tracy and when I'm ready to make that commitment to purchase I'll look forward to working with her. Be very careful if you choose this place, they lie, cheat, and are very rude, Daughter went to buy a car there, nothing in stock, so she picked what she wanted, ordered it, they told her it would be 90 cheat, and are very rude, Daughter went to buy a car there, nothing in stock, so she picked what she wanted, ordered it, they told her it would be 90 days to arrive and they would let her drive a car in the meantime that was an ugly blue color. after 3 months and multiple emails asking where her car was, they kept telling her its not there yet. after 11 months she finally went in to see what was going on they told her they never ordered her car, so lied from the start, told her she has to keep the ugly car they let her use and pay for it. after years of saving and planning for a certain car, she gets stuck with some ugly car she did not want due to the incompetent employees, and the worst was CHRIS CRAIG the rudest, most evil, mean salesperson I have ever spoke to. Nothing but a crook! kept denying everything, refused to give her the correct car, charged her 900 for service fees, which no other dealer I have ever seen charge this outrageous amount, I have bought many new cars with no fees or less then 200. Hopefully KIA is not your choice, nothing but scammers!!!! The biggest disappointment ever to treat a young customer like this and add all these fees and make her keep the loaner, because they didn't do their job and order her the car she been wanting. More
