Took the truck in for warranty work. They found a second warranty issue and a service issue. I was happy they called and informed me. Asked me if I wanted them to do the extra work. They then called to let me know the work couldn’t be completed that day, but could the next. I agreed to leave the truck a second day to complete the work. At 4:30 the next day I called to inquire about the status of the truck. I was then told it would not be ready until the next day. I expressed my frustration as I had a doctors appointment out of town the next day and we would then have a transportation issue. When the nice young man, George, informed someone else in the shop a woman yelled at him that she would have liked it done that day too, but it isn’t her fault people didn’t show up to work. He then had to put me on hold to check to see what they could do. He came back and offered a rental and I offered to heave them deliver the truck to my husband’s office. It seemed to be an imposition to those in the shop. But they reluctantly agreed. Happy with the work, just would have preferred to be kept informed and for the courtesy of realizing it would potentially cause a n issue for us to be without a car an additional day without notice. Customer service could have been better. More

they tested my 2022 Sierra's 62 for the recall which it 'passed' but it's not very satisfying, knowing the problems these engines have. Not happy with how these vehicles are devaluing due to the stigma att 'passed' but it's not very satisfying, knowing the problems these engines have.
