Love the service techs and advisors. I don’t like some of the changes since it became Brogdens like losing some local discounts. Also- the car wasn’t washed after a $750 service. Prior to leaving the lot, I noticed a chrome trim piece on the door wasn’t adhered completely. I got it home and that trim piece peeled back further. When the door was opened that trim piece hit the other on the door wasn’t adhered completely. I got it home and that trim piece peeled back further. When the door was opened that trim piece hit the other door causing $635 in damage. Day 2 I got caught in some rain and both windshield wipers were torn. I put $45 worth of new wipers on. The vehicle was equipped with power running boards. The passenger board doesn’t deploy as it should. I contacted the dealer asking for them to make these issues right and only heard from my salesman. No compensation or remedies have been offered. Instead of making things right, they terminated the salesman for advocating for the repairs and taking care of me. More
