This makes our fifth Yukon we’ve purchased from Jeff (plus 8 other vehicles). I appreciate the improvements that have been made since Brogden’s took ownership of this dealership- but it’s the people wh (plus 8 other vehicles). I did have some struggles with finance as I was expecting a lower interest rate, but the gentle men went back and researched and got me a better rate with a different bank. He had to redo all the paperwork and it took another 30 minutes or so, but he was phenomenal. They stayed after hours and were very patient and caring. As a single mom, and women, I appreciated not being pressured into something I could not afford or didn't like. More
this is the second time i took the truck in to get the second fob reprogrammed. they programmed it wrong the first time. it was dropped off just before 11am and i got a call about 218pm that it was done. second fob reprogrammed. they programmed it wrong the first time. it was dropped off just before 11am and i got a call about 218pm that it was done. i was confident they got it right this time and programmed it as DRIVER2 because i explained it to 3 or 4 people on the phone. However, when i picked the truck up, the first thing i noticed is that whomever was inside the truck did not put floormats down, got dirt and greasy footprints all over the drivers side. it was on the floormat carpet, the plastic on the seat, the door, the sideboard and up by the footrest. i had just cleaned and vacuumed the entire truck on sunday for a trip we are taking this weekend so i had to spend an extra hour to clean whatever was tracked in there out and re-clean the driver side of the truck. the fob was correctly programmed and worked as expected. i will be making a point going forward to check the vehicle and take before pictures when dropping off for anything that needs to be done. other than that incident, everything else was good; communication, attitude, and helpfulness. the only other complaint was having it for 3 hours to program a key fob. but its tech, stuff happens. Customer Service on warranty could be better. Should let the customer decide where to take their vehicle or choose someone that does a great job and not worry about the cheapest place to go to.
