Service was UNACCEPTABLE. I brought my 2015 GMC Truck in for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. After 30 minutes it was done, paid the bill & left. After looking over everything t I brought my 2015 GMC Truck in for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. After 30 minutes it was done, paid the bill & left. After looking over everything that’s when I noticed THE TIRES HAD NOT BEEN ROTATED. Charging a customer for work that was not done is BAD BUSINESS. I tried to get the service manager-He was gone. I tried the General Manager-He was gone. The only consultation is they took the truck back & rotated the tires & gave me money back. THE TECHNICIAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED FOR FALSIFYING RECORDS. This is not the first time I have had issues with this dealer. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND THAT GOES FOR ANYBODY I KNOW More

They are crooks! They tried to tell us the brakes were bad on our truck when my husband had just replaced them less than a month ago! All we went in for was an oil They tried to tell us the brakes were bad on our truck when my husband had just replaced them less than a month ago! All we went in for was an oil change and air bag recall. When we dropped off the truck the night before we stopped to look at new vehicles. The Salesman told us that they get quite a few people who are in to get oil changed and then buy a new vehicle. Now I know why! Because they make up stuff to tell you your vehicle needs in order to make you think you need a new one. Hate to think how many people they have scammed who didn’t just replace their brakes. More
