Understandably they were short handed in techs in service which would impact speed however waiting 4 hours and no update was simply ridiculous and unacceptable for customer service whilewaitingon a vehicle. which would impact speed however waiting 4 hours and no update was simply ridiculous and unacceptable for customer service whilewaitingon a vehicle. It would have been nice for an approximate wait time so I could have made the decision to come back or leave the vehicle so my day wouldn't have been wasted on top of not having a full quote for repairs as being unable to drop a fuel tank which would have extended my time at the dealership.
