There was an initial communication issue regarding when I wanted to get my truck back after an oil change and cabin filter as there was an issue with a running board that would have to be resolved at a later wanted to get my truck back after an oil change and cabin filter as there was an issue with a running board that would have to be resolved at a later date. He followed up with the warranty company on my running board and called to let me know the company approved the repair and parts have been ordered.
