Mistakes happen, but their follow through was world class. We dropped off our new Terrain to have a trailer hitch installed. Because of how new the vehicle was, there were issues with getting it installed and We dropped off our new Terrain to have a trailer hitch installed. Because of how new the vehicle was, there were issues with getting it installed and unfortunately some damage occurred during the installation as well. Steve Kiper (the service manager) was up front and honest about the whole ordeal and said he'd do whatever it took to make it right. Steve kept his word and handled every single request I had made to get both the damages fixed, the hitch installed correctly, and to meet our satisfaction over the errors that occurred during the process. Steve said he understood that this was not the finish once it was all resolved, but the start of delivering a good experience for us and I really appreciated that as a lot of places just do what they can to fix their issue and then kick you out the door. Steve made it clear he wanted to build a relationship based on trust and integrity with us which can be rare in the automotive business. Mistakes happen and I understand that. No one is perfect. Steve's willingness to go above and beyond convinced us that the service department at Robert Brogden is one we can use in the future to have our Terrain taken care of. More

I took my 2014 Buick Verano that was making a rattling nois **SERVICE DEPT PROVIDES AWFUL SERVICE** I DO NOT recommend using this dealer for service. I took my 2014 Buick Verano that was making a rattling noise in for repair. First they had my car for 4 days then an additional 2 WEEKS to finally figure out what the noise was. When I went to pick up my car I asked if they would give me discount or coupon for future services for the inconvenience of them not being able to fix my car for 2 weeks. The associate's response was, "it's not our fault, you wanted your car fix". This is NO way to treat a customer. Well a few days later, I received an email asking about my visit, so I sent a detail response of my awful experience. I never heard back from them (which the email assured me the General Manager himself would reach out). Moving forward, months later, I scheduled an appointment with them for a simple oil change which I figured they couldn't get wrong. A day later, I received a call from the manager stating because of my "bad" experience and my email that I had sent, he rather I went somewhere else for service. What kind of dealership sends away THEIR customers that own THEIR cars that are still under warranty!!!!!! My car only has 14,000 miles on it and is fully warrantied until 50,000. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
