Timely I scheduled my appointment for 7am (checked in at 7am) to ensure a quick turnaround, as I had plans (oil change and tire roatation). They give me a rental car and halfway through the day I receive a phone call and they say actually your vehicle is not under warranty we had the wrong dates in the system.
