Returned to dealer and advised tough thats the way it is. We will call if we get a call back on "Tech Ticket". This has been frustrating issue for some reason can't seem to fix a sound clunking situation with rear axle, springs or shackle set up. Work has been done but after a few months the problem is back worse than ever. I have had better response and handling in the past but that entire group of service people have changed since my visit the last week of January. Really want my vehicle fixed. More

I do think they forgot to reset the oil change monitor as the message still comes up to change oil soon... The one big negative is I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m.. Just took a long time. I think everyone was extra busy. I really think the sales department has done such a great job,, they have oversold the service department. I think it would be helpful if Brogden had an upscale "Jiffy Lube" type of facility to handle just oil changes and minor repairs like tires, wipers, lights and etc.. More

I only have 1,930 mil Last week I visited Robert Brogden Buick GMC for my first service visit after one full year. I had the oil changed at this time. I only have 1,930 miles on my 2018 Buick Enclave, thus the reason for this being my initial service visit. I was promptly met, upon driving up to the service bay, by Allison who initiated the paperwork and got me rolling immediately. My wife and I waited in the showroom area and visited with the General Manager, Craig Blackledge, who is always welcoming and cordial. As mentioned, my vehicle was ready to go in approximately 30 minutes. Allison was efficient, professional, and courteous. These traits exist throughout the staff at the dealership in Olathe, Kansas, providing a 5 star experience once again. More
