Great company and people to work with I'd brought my 2018 Denali in for an oil change and tire rotation and Kristie Brown informed me I had a warranty issue on my transmission, which was a I'd brought my 2018 Denali in for an oil change and tire rotation and Kristie Brown informed me I had a warranty issue on my transmission, which was also something I wanted them to look at. First oil change and tire rotation I had a 9am appointment, but I know they did not even begin to do the service until 9;25am or later. They then got it done very quickly (like in 15-2 I had a 9am appointment, but I know they did not even begin to do the service until 9;25am or later. They then got it done very quickly (like in 15-20 minutes) for both the oil change and tire rotation which made me wonder if they really rotated the tires ( I know the oil looks new). More
