Poor Customer Service My experience was terrible. I called in at about 8am to know if I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to have the check engine lig My experience was terrible. I called in at about 8am to know if I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to have the check engine light checked, since it came on. I was told I could walk in. I arrived at 9 am and was told the price for oil change and that I would be called after knowing what was causing the check engine light to be on. Well it was already 1pm and I had not heard anything about my car so I called, after a long wait I was told by the girl who received my car, that she would check on it and call me back. She returned my call at 2pm to tell me that they had been very busy and they would not be able to service my car that I could go and pick it up and she would schedule an appointment for another day, I told her that it was very inconvenient because if I would’ve known that early in the morning I could’ve taken my car somewhere else. She said she would check again, she called me back to tell me my car was ready and that the engine light did not come back on, so there was nothing I needed to worry about and that I could drive my car, I asked what would happen if it did come back on, her response is that it might consume more gas but I would not even notice but she could give me an estimate of a part that would need to be changed in order to avoid that. At this point I just picked up my car (that was not washed, other places offer this service as a courtesy, not this one) and the gentleman that was there couldn’t find my paperwork, so we had to wait until she came back. I don’t even trust that I received the correct diagnosis since they were rushing and I shouldn’t have been the one who had to call to check on a status. I also noticed that I had a $2.50 for miscellaneous that who knows what that could’ve been on top of the tax, parts and services. The Supervisor or Manager needs to go over customer service skills with some of the employees. More

Review of work done by Service Agreement. 2.5 hrs for oil change/tire rotation, kind of long. Fluids appeared not to be top off, lid was left off of the washer fluid bottle. The tire pressure 2.5 hrs for oil change/tire rotation, kind of long. Fluids appeared not to be top off, lid was left off of the washer fluid bottle. The tire pressures had not been adjusted after tire rotation and tire pressure monitoring system had not been reset. Service area printers were not working, and seem to caused the technicians some problems. Everybody was friendly and helpful. More
