Almost a 5 Star performance! Everything about my 2 service jobs were picture perfect. Courtesy rides to and from the dealership were unexpectedly great. Down time for the 2 vehicles was minimal. One star demerit for the excessive labor charge of $158.00/hour. I realize you've got to make a buck to survive, but, c'mon man. More

Excellent Service! A problem developed providing a message of service required. I contacted Brogden Service on the issue and was scheduled immediately through Allison. A problem developed providing a message of service required. I contacted Brogden Service on the issue and was scheduled immediately through Allison. When taking the vehicle in the message appeared and Kristie read it and advised that the shift controller needed to be replaced with the most up-to-date part to insure that the issue is resolved. I was concerned with the cost but as a result, Kristie obtained assistance from GM with no cost to me! The message has not returned and I feel confident in the new release part to prevent the issue in the future. Thank You! More

Wouldn't honor their GMC coupon The service was fine, but they would not honor the GMC coupon for $20 off. They said it was a mail in rebate. I showed them the email and they said yeah it's a mail in and you need to fill out this form. The form showed at the top CLEARLY that the form was a mail in rebate that is only good for Winter Service: Valid ONLY 11/1/2019 - 01/31/2020. It's March. I pointed this out and they continued to argue with me and said the email from GMC was not correct. The email stated INSTANT $20 off. Not surprised, Brogden is notorious for being dishonest. I only came back because of a recall on the Yukon. Time to find a different GMC dealer. More
