Got a call mid morning saying that part needed would not be in until next day. Since I work we agreed to pick me up at 4:00 PM the next day. THEY FORGOT!! Had to call and was told they didn’t know I had to be picked up. They were doing training that day was the excuse. Finally got picked up and got my truck only to have to reset all my clock dates etc......it’s the little things that make good customer service. Just saying!!?? More

Poor workman ship and communication I went in for a repair of a selonoid and in the process the spring to the gearshift was lost. I was left with a ball point pen to use as the method t I went in for a repair of a selonoid and in the process the spring to the gearshift was lost. I had an appointment with another dealer the next day to do insurance repairs and when I arrived for my collision repair the Service Manager refused service due to the ball point pen shiftier. He said it was a liability and would not take the chance to due repairs with an unapproved and in his opinion dangerous situation. I had already rented a car from avis to use for the time of the collision repair I did speak with the service manager before leaving the dealership. I was left with the impression that he didn't seem to feel the situation was any concern. After a lengthy conversation he did offer a car to use while they tried to locate a spring. After more unsatisfying conversation I was left with the offer of a $50 check or $100 service credit. I did not accept either as I was rightly concerned that if I did accept the offer the repairs would not be completed. The next day a spring was located and I left it to be fixed-losing more time off work. When I picked up the car the gear shift was replaced but i was still missing the protective cover for the gear shift. It was explained that the new part could be located. I have not heard from anyone at the dealership that the part has been located and i could come in the have it repaired. I part was on the car when I brought it in-I just assumed it would be replaced. I assume that the part was never ordered and the ticket was closed out More

They left 3 of my 4 wheels loose!! Had our Yukon serviced and tires rotated!! They left 3 wheels loose and caused severe damage that they will not pay for!! But the Service manager Mr’ Harper told me to just tighten the wheels and it it would be fine without even looking at the vehicle!! The damage which cost me over $1000.00 for studs and 1 new wheel is something they will not pay for!! If you have written a positive review for Robert Brogden then try calling them with any problem that they are at fault and see if you still think they are a company you want to support!! They have also replied to my posts saying they want to help me so you can read that they look like they are concerned!! I have called them and they either never return my calls or they have even emailed me and never replied to my emails!! More

Engine light which ended up being fuel pressure gauge I received super assistance from Jason McC..... Is why I gave 5 stars. He didn't work on my wife's car but the very next day the engine light came on I received super assistance from Jason McC..... Is why I gave 5 stars. He didn't work on my wife's car but the very next day the engine light came on (reason why we brought it in in thr first place) he returned my call told me to bring the car back in and gave me a loaner. The next day I again received a call telling me what the problem was, a different problem, and that a part had to be ordered and gave the date that our car would be finished. He went above and beyond to provide quality service.. More
