Repair Not Completed Historically Robert Brogden has done a great job for me but this visit was different. I brought my truck in because it was rattling/shaking while dri Historically Robert Brogden has done a great job for me but this visit was different. I brought my truck in because it was rattling/shaking while driving and I thought I needed new tires and alignment work done. I received a call that evening that my truck was ready and I went back the next day to pick it up and only the new tires are on. The truck is still rattling and shaking and I have left a message to get it back in and no one has called me back. Will take my truck back but this has been a disappointing experience. More

Disappointed that it was not fixed!!! My A/C is out and the part that is needed is on 'back order' so needless to say I am driving a hot car and have my elderly father living with me.
