Oil Change Allison, is a great representative for your company, she is very polite and helpful. The service was very good in and out in a decent amount of time. They were ready to accept my vehicle at the appointment time, and the car was repaired and returned to me within an hour and a half. Dealerships in general tend to be a bit more expensive than independent repair shops, but in this case it is worth it. Good job! More

Worked as planned My oil change light came on and I needed to get that taken care of right away. I needed to have it done on a weekday during my lunch break with only My oil change light came on and I needed to get that taken care of right away. I needed to have it done on a weekday during my lunch break with only an hour to get there and back to work. Allison helped get my truck in and and I got a shuttle ride back to work in plenty of time to eat my lunch! I got a call in a couple of hours when my truck was ready so, I got a ride from a friend and showed up to the dealership at 5:15 or so. They went and brought my truck around for me. I made it home by 5:30 or so. I only spent about an hour of my day and it all worked as planned. Thanks to the entire Robert Brogden Buick GMC team! More

Disappointed: Robert Brogden I made an appointment with Robert Brogden for a engine light on, lifter noise. And decided to go ahead and get my oil change done and tire rotation. I made an appointment with Robert Brogden for a engine light on, lifter noise. And decided to go ahead and get my oil change done and tire rotation. I have gotten service work done on my GMC vehicle over the last several years. Knowing that at times car dealerships can be more expensive that some of the smaller firms, I chose to go to Brodgen, as I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, with my Yukon being a Hybrid, and knew the dealerships strive to give good customer service. Furthermore I had taken my car into them where I had a interment light over the last couple of years and oil pressure drop. In the past, they could not find the issue as the light would be off, and could not find any error issue in the computer. However, of late, what I have previously found to be outstanding qualities at Brogden, has seemed to gone downhill. It started with a mid-morning appointment. When I arrived in the Service Dept. and found a lot of Service personnel standing around- chit-chatting. After standing there waiting to be recognized, a "Service Adviser" Allison Leach, asked to help me. I told her of my appointment and my issues. She said she would let me know their findings on the noise. After not hearing from anyone by 4:45 PM I called, fully expecting to hear my care was ready, oil changed and lifter noise gone away and no issued found. After having to call in a couple of times to even talk to someone, being put on hold, with no pick up, I finally got through through Ms. Leach and she sounded scrambling after I told her whom I was and status of my vehicle. She said she "just got the report from the technition and there a multiple error issues with my vehicle! While no one wants to hear this on their vehicle, I was most disappointed that after bringing my vehicle in the AM, to only now hearing of these issues, after being told I would be called to be notified of what they found, and a expectation after not hearing anything that I would be picking up my vehicle at the end of the day with no major issues, was very disappointing. To take all day to just read the idiot lights of system, and no follow up, with their customer, who might at the end of the day, have to scramble for other transportation, was disheartening. Furthermore, in expressing my frustration, and asking to speak to a Manager, Ms. Leach told me that while she off the next day which was a Saturday, she would come in and better evaluate my vehicle and call me with an update. By 2:00, with no phone call on the update promised, I called for Ms. Allison and again having to call in a couple of time to get through, getting Allison's phone message,, I asked to speak to a Manager. I again got voice mail. I called again and the reception put in a "all call" and spoke to a "Christine" who said she was a assistant Manager. Explained to her what I had been through to date and she told me there was no update on my car and assured me she would update me as soon as possible. At 3:30 I got a call from Christine, basically telling me the same thing, I had multiple issues in the report, and no real understanding of what needed to be done. Needless to say, I had lost confidence in the Dealership, really due to the accumulation of their customer service. I am not one tIo complain a lot, and spend time writing such a review complaining, and in fact had complimented this Dealer and their associates in the past for what I considered outstanding service. But of late, not just this issue, the Dealership seems to of gone down hill. I typically got my oil changed there, even though there are cheaper places, but of late it seemed harder and harder to get an appointment for such a routine service. One time I was told the soonest I could get in, was a week and one half! Also, I got an unsolicited call, telling me that they were reaching out to Yukon Owners, really in the need of used Yukon's to sell and asking me if I wanted to get a estimate of what they would offer me. Somewhat reluctant, and suspicious, I did agree to come in, at a certain time, for this evaluation. Shortly thereafter I received a unsolicitated call from a sales rep telling me they understood I was "interested" in buying a new vehicle. I told him I did not indicate this and again thought this to all to be a "come-on". Upon arrival on my appointment for their indication of need of used Yukon's , no one at the dealership knew anything about this. They then proceeded to want to show me a new vehicle. I declined and was irritated and explained the background of my irritation, and left. Sorry for the long review, but felt the background necessary to show that things have changed at Brogden, and not for the best. More
