My service person was very nice and helped me with a wheel issue. I noticed dirt on my seat, it was 6:00 by the time I was leaving and didn't go in to tell them. I had extensive maintenance on my vehicle on 9/3. On 9/21 I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor. I took the truck back to have the problem corrected. While looking at the invoice from 9/ 9/21 I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor. I took the truck back to have the problem corrected. While looking at the invoice from 9/3 I realized I was not given the discount due me because of the coupon I provided at the first visit. I was given the discount during the second visit and hopefully the leak is correct. Overall not a good customer service visit. More
